In order to streamline our annual budgeting process and improve communication with Island Committees, the Board of Overseers is implementing this required online form for all budget requests. To be considered for the upcoming fiscal year budget (beginning August 1st) all submissions must be submitted by March 15, 2025. Any committee that does not submit a budget request form will not have funds allocated for their use for August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026.

I understand that my committee is not guaranteed to receive the full amount requested here, and that final budget numbers are subject to a vote at the BIVC Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 2, 2025.
I understand that in order to utilize any pre-approved budgeted funds my committee must submit either an invoice for payment or a receipt for reimbursement to Jason Sweatt, Treasurer at treasurer@bivc.net within 30 days of the expenditure or invoice receipt as pdf.
