NAVIGATION RULES
All vessels anchored outside the Harraseeket River are required to sound signals required by rule 35 and exhibit an anchor light or shapes as required by rule 30 of the United States Coast Guard International - Inland Navigation Rules.
All moorings buoys are required to be white in color with a blue horizontal stripe.
